Job Overview – Design Support Specialist

We are looking for Design Support Specialists who are enthusiastic and creative. This position will lead you towards being Operations Manager of an international business. Job Description:

Graphic Design Expertise:

  • Develop visually appealing and effective graphic designs for digital and print materials.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while ensuring the quality and creativity of designs.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements.
  • Contribute to creative discussions and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to review and provide feedback on design drafts, ensuring quality and consistency.

Content Creation for Marketing:

  • Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts for design projects, aligning them with the company’s goals and target audience.

Brand Identity Maintenance:

  • Assist in maintaining and evolving brand identity through consistent design elements across all materials.

Image Editing and Enhancement:

  • Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and maintain quality standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality designs.
  • Coordinate with print vendors when applicable, ensuring proper specifications for print materials.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement feedback and revisions to designs based on input from team members and clients.

Industry Awareness and Innovation:

  • Stay informed about design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance the overall creative output.

Organizational Skills:

  • Maintain organized files and folders for design assets, ensuring easy retrieval and collaboration.

  • High-speed internet access 5 Mbps or faster
  • Power backup (in case you don’t have power backup we will arrange your space in co-working spaces)
