Job Overview – Ecommerce Support Specialist
We are looking for Ecommerce Support Specialists who are enthusiastic and creative. This position will lead you towards being Operations Manager of an international business. Job Description:
Order Management:
- Manage the end-to-end process of online orders, including order entry, confirmation, and tracking.
Customer Support:
- Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues related to orders.
Product Listing and Inventory Management:
- Assist in creating and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information.
- Monitor and update inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Returns and Refunds Handling:
- Handle returns and refund requests, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of returns and refunds.
Logistics and Shipping Coordination:
- Collaborate with logistics partners to coordinate shipping schedules.
- Track shipments and communicate delivery information to customers.
E-commerce Platform Maintenance:
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is up-to-date with the latest products, pricing, and promotions.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs:
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and encourage reviews.
- Implement and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights into performance and trends.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products to customers.
Market Awareness and Optimization:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze e-commerce data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the online shopping experience.
Content Optimization:
- Assist in creating compelling product descriptions, images, and other content to optimize product listings.
