JOB OVERVIEW – MARKETING SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

We are looking for Marketing Support Specialists who are enthusiastic and creative. This position will lead you toward being the marketing manager of an international business. If your profile matches even 60 % to the description below we will encourage you to apply because we have training systems in place to polish up your skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
  • Engage prospects within the company’s social media network, including commenting on posts and replying to comments or tweets.
  • Expand the company’s social media network by gaining Twitter followers, Facebook and Instagram likes, etc.
  • Lead Processing and Campaign Reporting:
  • The process leads into appropriate campaigns and report on campaign performance.
  • Create valuable content to help drive more traffic to the website.
  • Report on campaign, website performance, and traffic.

Newsletter and Email Campaign Management:

  • Create, curate, and update regular newsletters, whether online or hard copy.
  • Report email campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, and conversions.

Blog Management:

  • Manage blog content, including creation, curation, aggregation, and editing.
  • Lead Generation and Form Creation:
  • Create forms and pages for lead generation.
  • Measure and report on page and campaign performance.
  • Multimedia Content Coordination:
  • Coordinate and edit audio, video, and multimedia content for websites, social media, and YouTube channels.
  • Edit and upload YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Videos.
  • Graphic Design and Advertisement Posting:
  • Create flyers, direct mail pieces, and graphics to generate more quality leads.
  • Create posting templates for ads and post them on sites like Facebook, Craigslist, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

  • Fast computer/laptop
  • Business casual every day
  • A good quality camera
  • High-speed internet access 5 Mbps or faster
  • Power backup (in case you don’t have power backup we will arrange your space in co-working spaces)
