Job Overview – Sales Support Specialist
We are looking for Sales Support Specialists who are enthusiastic and creative. This position will lead you towards being Business Development Manager of an international business. Job Description:
Lead Identification and Database Management:
- Identify potential leads through various platforms.
- Create a database of leads with contact information and other valuable data for prioritization.
- Reach out to potential clients from purchased and inbound leads.
Client Engagement and Follow-up:
- Stay on top of reach-outs and follow-ups with past clients in the database to generate new leads.
- Perform targeted follow-up calls to increase engagement and move potential leads through the sales cycle.
- Touch base via email, phone, and text communications.
- Address how quickly you and your team can respond to leads that come in.
Lead Qualification and Conversion:
- Convert leads into new deals in the sales pipeline.
- Identify prospects for appointments and pre-qualify leads by calling to gather information before a closing agent reaches out.
- Set appointments with qualified leads.
- Call expired listings to set up appointments for new seller leads.
Prospect Profiling and Targeting:
- Develop a prospect profile to target the right prospects.
- Generate a list of potential prospects based on the ideal client profile.
- Identify and screen quality leads and prospects for appointments.
- Circle prospecting and geo-farming.
CRM and Database Management:
- Track qualified leads within the database.
- Manage and update the database and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Help with automated content delivery to increase engagement.
- Follow your script(s) and qualification checklist.
Collaboration and Team Communication:
- Collaborate with the team to respond to leads effectively.
- Follow up with past clients and the database to generate new leads and convert them into new deals.

- High-speed internet access 5 Mbps or faster
